All costs are divided in two, with one a payment to Experience Quest and the other a separate donation to the project your team will be working on.
The cost to Experience Quest
Included:
- Food (3 meals a day)
- Accommodation
- Transport on the ground
- All activities
- UK based pre-departure training days
- Pre-departure support & fundraising advice
- 1 or 2 (dependent on team size) full time, trained Experience Quest leaders
- Team equipment e.g. tents, stoves, ropes
- Personal medical travel insurance
- 24 hour UK support
- Medical back up
- Some visas (dependent on destination)
- Debriefing session on return
Not included:
- International flights
- Some visas (dependent on destination)
- Personal equipment e.g. sleeping bags, walking boots, rucksacks
- Personal spending money for drinks, snacks & souvenirs
The project donation
This goes directly to our UK registered charity partner for each project and straight overseas. The donation covers the materials used by your team during their project work whilst also providing longer term support to the work being done, ensuring your work is both beneficial and sustainable.
