Extraordinary Adventures

If you have decided you would like to join one of our extraordinary adventures to South America or Africa, the booking process is as follows:

• Please complete our booking form, found below
• We will then send you confirmation of your trip itinerary and cost, together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions, as well as a medical declaration for each participant.
• Once we receive your signed Terms and Conditions, completed medical declaration and deposit of £500 per person, your booking will be confirmed.
• You will then receive a comprehensive information pack, with further details on your trip, information about your project, as well as information on flight booking, insurance, injections, and kit needed.

• Then we count down the days to your departure overseas!

Our booking form is in two different formats.

• You can complete the Word document on your computer, save it and email it back to us.
• Alternatively, you can print out our PDF, complete it by hand and post it to us.
• Your third option is to call us on 01273 777206, give us your information and we'll complete it for you!

Group Expeditions

Whether you are from a school, a company, or just a group of friends, we can help develop the right itinerary for your group. The best first step is just to pick up the phone and call us to discuss what you are looking to achieve, and we can start the ball rolling with some ideas.

If you cannot contact us during office hours, you can email us with a brief overview of your plan. To help you compile the information we need, we have a "Tailor Made Itinerary Proposal" form, which you can complete and return to us. This will give us enough information to put together some alternatives and we can take things from there.
